Welcome to Voltic Power Ltd ("Voltic", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our portable power bank rental service.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Voltic

Voltic provides portable power bank rental stations located at participating venues, allowing customers to rent and return portable charging devices.

2. Eligibility

To rent a power bank you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

• Have a valid payment method.

• Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary.

3. Renting a Power Bank

To rent a power bank, users must follow the instructions displayed on the charging station or within the Voltic platform.

Rental begins when a power bank is released from the station and ends when it is successfully returned to a compatible Voltic charging station.

Rental charges are displayed before confirmation.

4. Rental Charges

Rental fees are charged according to the pricing displayed at the charging station or during the rental process.

Additional charges may apply where:

• The power bank is not returned within the maximum rental period.

• The power bank is lost.

• The power bank is stolen.

• The power bank is intentionally damaged.

Applicable charges will be communicated during the rental process.

5. Returning the Power Bank

Power banks must be returned to a compatible Voltic charging station.

A rental will continue until the power bank has been successfully inserted into a station and the return has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the return has been completed successfully.

6. Customer Responsibilities

While in your possession, you agree to:

• Take reasonable care of the power bank.

• Use the power bank only for charging compatible electronic devices.

• Return the power bank within the applicable rental period.

• Not dismantle, modify, misuse, or attempt to repair the device.

• Not use the power bank in a manner that could cause damage or injury.

7. Lost, Damaged or Unreturned Devices

Customers remain responsible for the power bank until it has been successfully returned.

Where a device is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or not returned within the applicable period, Voltic reserves the right to charge the replacement cost and any outstanding rental fees.

8. Safety

Power banks should be used in accordance with the supplied instructions.

Do not:

• Expose the device to fire.

• Immerse it in water.

• Attempt to open or repair it.

• Use if visibly damaged.

Voltic accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from misuse of the device.

9. Availability

We aim to keep all charging stations operational but cannot guarantee:

• Device availability

• Continuous service

• Network connectivity

• Website availability

Stations may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

By renting a power bank, you authorise Voltic to charge the applicable rental fees and any additional charges permitted under these Terms.

11. Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Voltic reserves the right to refuse refunds where the service has been used in accordance with these Terms.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully.

• Attempt to interfere with website security.

• Introduce malicious software.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

• Logos

• Branding

• Graphics

• Text

• Images

• Software

is owned by or licensed to Voltic and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltic shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Missed transport arrangements

• Data loss resulting from device failure

• Compatibility issues with customer devices

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

15. Third-Party Venues

Voltic charging stations are located within independently operated venues.

The venue operator is not responsible for:

• Rental agreements

• Payment disputes

• Device faults

• Lost or damaged power banks

All rental enquiries should be directed to Voltic.

16. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed to:

• Process payments

• Manage rentals

• Prevent fraud

• Provide customer support

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
